 trust ISRG root certificates to make Tusky work on Android 7 again (#4609) 
[Let's encrypt had to make some changes to their
signing](https://letsencrypt.org/2023/07/10/cross-sign-expiration.html),
as a result Android 7 doeesn't have the root certificates necessary to
trust Let's encrypt signed certificates anymore. Since most Fedi
instances use Let's encrypt, that is a problem. To work around we can
add the certificates to Tusky directly.

Tusky

Tusky is a beautiful Android client for Mastodon. Mastodon is an ActivityPub federated social network. That means no single entity controls the whole network, rather, like e-mail, volunteers and organisations operate their own independent servers, users from which can all interact with each other seamlessly.
