    This release incorporates the Mastodon 4.4.x upstream branch, up to v4.4.4. All upgrade requirements in the Mastodon 4.4 release notes are required, but there are no special additional considerations.

    All previous Chinwag enhancements, including regex-based filtering on incoming posts (for anti-spam purposes) and the Tangerine UI theme are included.
