+So what is this thing? This "Minimalist Dong" you find yourself rummaging

+It's weblog management software. Very basic - hence the "Minimalist". The 
+interface is all text, although you could easily put graphics into it. As 
+it ships, it passes HTML 4.01-Strict validation, but you can easily mangle 
+that too. Try not to, OK? :)
+
+It can import and export content in RSS 0.91 formatted XML files, the 
+Netscape channel format, allowing you to easily syndicate content from 
+other sites, and have your own content syndicated by others.
+
+It'll do more things when we get to version 1.0 - and then I'm going to 
+think about "Maximus" - but that's for later. Maximus will have the 
+functions of Minimalist Dong as a baseline, but many more funky things 
+besides. It will require much more in the way of resources than 
+Minimalist.

+Minimalist Dong should require nothing more than a fairly standard build 
+of PHP and a web server.
