So what is this thing? This "Minimalist Dong" you find yourself rummaging 
through?

It's weblog management software. Very basic - hence the "Minimalist". The 
interface is all text, although you could easily put graphics into it. As 
it ships, it passes HTML 4.01-Strict validation, but you can easily mangle 
that too. Try not to, OK? :)

It can import and export content in RSS 0.91 formatted XML files, the 
Netscape channel format, allowing you to easily syndicate content from 
other sites, and have your own content syndicated by others.

It'll do more things when we get to version 1.0 - and then I'm going to 
think about "Maximus" - but that's for later. Maximus will have the 
functions of Minimalist Dong as a baseline, but many more funky things 
besides. It will require much more in the way of resources than 
Minimalist.

Minimalist Dong should require nothing more than a fairly standard build 
of PHP and a web server.
