* translateionRunner: improve minimalist options

* Properly added flags.
* Added alias: -h, -f

* translationRunner: improve logic and flow

* Show all error messages instead of validate availability / name
  format separately.

* translationRunner: check messageDirectory existance

* translationRunner: changed throw string to Error

* translationRunner: use short cut for boolean
